Education–High School and College Completion Rates


Total Population Ages 25 and Over: The total number of persons ages 25 and over, used in the denominator when determining education completion rates.

Persons with High School Diploma or More: The number of persons ages 25 and over with a high school diploma or more.

Persons with Bachelor's Degree or More: The number of persons ages 25 and over with a bachelor's degree or more.

Percent Completed High School Diploma or More: The percentage of persons ages 25 and over who have completed a high school diploma or more.

Percent Completed Bachelor's Degree or More: The percentage of persons ages 25 and over who have completed a bachelor's degree or more.

High School Completion, Percent of U.S. Average: This value is computed by dividing the percentage who have completed a high school diploma or more in a county, state, or region by the national average.

College Completion, Percent of U.S. Average: This value is computed by dividing the percentage who have completed a bachelor's degree or more in a county, state, or region by the national average.
