Our Work In Alabama

In partnership with the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs, ARC is supporting 54 projects in Alabama totaling $17.4 million in fiscal year (FY) 2025. These investments have been matched by $17.5 million and are attracting an additional $105.5 million in leveraged private investments in Alabama. They are also creating or retaining 722 jobs, training and educating 1,025 students and workers, and benefitting the 3.3 million residents in Alabama’s 37 Appalachian counties.
