The Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development and Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) are partnering to host two workshops aimed at exploring ARC’s funding opportunities. These webinars are designed to give an overview of what ARC does, what its main goals are, and share high-level information on Non-Construction and Construction projects, with additional time devoted to construction-specific requirements.
