All applicants requesting ARC investment funding for non-construction projects should refer to this template to develop a complete project application. Applicants should follow the template when drafting an application for submission to their State Program Office and/or reference the document prior to developing an application for direct submission into Pathways.
The guidelines set forth the criteria for approval of ARC projects reflecting the requirements of the Appalachian Regional Development Act of 1965 (ARDA), as amended, the ARC Code, and the provisions of the ARC Strategic Plan.
