Step 2: Read the Manual

This manual pulls together the main laws, regulations and OMB guidance that make up the Buy America Preference for ARC construction grants, and it explains them in everyday language. Current and prospective grantees should use it as a working tool while they plan, buy materials, build and close out projects. 

Step 3: Complete Your Project Documents

Working with the appropriate RSBA, these documents are available to assist current and prospective grantees in the planning and administration of their ARC grants for infrastructure. Remember to reference the checklist (see step 1 above) that best suits your situation to know which documents you need to comply with BABA requirements.
