Executive Director Brandon McBride
Brandon McBride joined ARC as the Executive Director in November, 2020.
Before coming to ARC, McBride was the Vice President for Federal Relations at the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC) for three years. While at CFC, McBride oversaw legislative and regulatory issues affecting the organization. Previously, McBride served as the Administrator of USDA’s Rural Utilities Service (RUS), and managed a staff of more than 250 and a loan portfolio approaching $60 billion which invested in improvements to existing and new infrastructure across rural America including water and waste treatment, electric power, and telecommunications services.
McBride also served as a senior staff member for the United States Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry, and as a senior legislative assistant for a United States Senator from Arkansas.
Mr. McBride earned his undergraduate degrees as well as his Master’s degree in Public Administration from Arkansas State University.
