Monica Gould, MBA, CMC is President and Founder of Strategic Consulting Partners, bringing more than 30 years of experience advising federal, state, and local governments, nonprofits, and corporations. She is an award-winning strategist and national speaker who has led hundreds of strategic planning and training initiatives and equipped more than 250,000 leaders to build stronger, more effective organizations.

As a READY training leader, Monica leverages deep expertise in organizational development and leadership to help local government teams strengthen capacity, navigate change, and achieve sustainable results for their communities.

Jenny Gallagher Blom, MA is a nonprofit and community impact leader, consultant, and facilitator who serves as Vice President of Community Benefit and Strategic Innovation at Strategic Consulting Partners. With more than 20 years of experience in human services, community and organizational development, and strategic leadership, Jenny brings deep expertise in helping organizations strengthen capacity, improve performance, and achieve sustainable impact.

Jenny has extensive experience working across sectors to support strategic planning, program development, grant management, and organizational change. She has successfully secured and managed complex federal, state, and local funding portfolios and has led initiatives that expanded programs, strengthened operations, and improved outcomes for communities.

Megan Robinson joined ARC as a Program Manager in the Business Workforce and Investment division in September 2021. Her work involves supporting grantees as they implement ARC-funded projects and overseeing ARC’s READY Appalachia and INSPIRE initiatives. Prior to joining ARC, she served as the Director of Workforce Development and Apprenticeships with Argentum where she oversaw a USDOL grant with the overarching goal of launching apprenticeship programs in the healthcare and senior living industry. As the Director of Program Investments and Partnerships with Communities In Schools National, Megan oversaw grant-funded initiatives and provided technical assistance to a network of nearly 200 affiliates serving public schools across the country. Megan is passionate about issues related to dropout prevention, college-career readiness, and supporting underserved communities. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Bettina is a Program Analyst, overseeing the READY Appalachia community capacity building program at ARC. READY Appalachia provides training and financial assistance to local governments, community foundations, local development districts, and nonprofit organizations.
