Update from the Appalachian Regional Commission 

Guy Land, ARC congressional liaison, was discharged from a University of Alabama-Birmingham (UAB) hospital this afternoon, and will continue his recovery in the DC area.  ARC Federal Co-Chair Gayle Manchin was discharged from a UAB hospital yesterday afternoon, and is continuing her recovery in West Virginia with family.
