This report presents an evaluation of 152 leadership and community capacity projects funded by ARC between fiscal years 2008 and 2015. Using findings from an extensive survey of project grantees and in-depth interviews with 25 projects, the study evaluated the impact of these projects on communities, organizations, and participants; outlined key findings and common themes; and provided recommendations for enhancing future ARC leadership and community capacity programs.
